Nashbrows Policy


Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy: Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations or rescheduling means that other clients cannot book into that time slot, it wastes time and directly affects the artist. Nashbrows understands that sometimes bookings need to be changed, so you will be allowed to cancel or reschedule without penalty only if you give 48 hours' notice, with no exceptions. Failure to do so will result in you being charged 1/2 the cost of your scheduled service and your booking fee forfeit.

Furthermore appointments will be automatically canceled after arriving 15 minutes or more late. Nashbrows has a strict 15 minute grace period, after which appointments must canceled without exception as your artist will no longer have sufficient time to proceed with your service. Appointments canceled due to tardiness are subject to the cancellation policy of being charged half the cost of the service.

If you cancel or reschedule in a timely manner your deposit may transfer up to 1 time and used towards your new appointment date. If you need to reschedule a 2nd time, your deposit will be forfeit and due again.

No Show & Late Arrival: If you do not arrive for your appointment or your appointment has to be canceled due to tardiness (Nashbrows offers a 15 minute grace period), you will be charged half the cost of the service you were booked for, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. Please arrive on time for your scheduled service. If you arrive late for your appointment, your service will still have to end on time regardless of the start time as a courtesy to the next guest. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Those arriving 15 minutes or more late will have to be canceled and are subject to the Nashbrows cancelation policy stated above.

Deposits: All deposits are considered a booking fee that may be applied to your appointment upon completion. Once your appointment has been booked with Nashbrows your booking fee is non-refundable.

Cell Phones: In order to maintain the tranquility of your surroundings, cell phones must be turned on vibrate during your visit. Please do not accept calls on speakerphone or listen to loud audio or while in the treatment room.

Guest and Children: Nashbrows is an adult-only area. Children are not permitted in the treatment room unless they're mature enough to wait patiently and quietly. Guest are not permitted without your artist's consent prior to your appointment. Those who have to be rescheduled for not following this rule are subject to the Nashbrows cancellation policy.

Service Satisfaction: In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact your artist and schedule a consultation within 30 days of your visit to address the issue.

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected is not used for any other purpose and is not shared.

Photography: When obtaining any service from Nashbrows we reserve the full rights to the use of all images obtained for marketing purposes.
