Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. All payments rendered are non refundable, including deposits. In the event a payment cannot be applied toward the desired service the payment will be credited towards another service. No exceptions.
Scheduling: You can schedule your appointment with Nashbrows online, through various social media sites, in the spa or over the phone. We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Nashbrows to ensure the best appointment time that works for your schedule. Some of the more high end procedures will require a deposit when booking. Deposits will be credited toward your service.
Appointments: Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled service to allow for check-in and service preparation. If you arrive late for your appointment, as a courtesy to the next guest, your service will still have to end on time regardless of the start time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Those arriving 15 minutes or more late will have to be rescheduled, no exceptions.
Cell Phones: In order to maintain the tranquility of your surroundings, cell phones must be turned on vibrate during your visit. Please do not accept called on speakerphone while in the waiting room or the treatment room.
Children: The treatment room is an adult only area. In consideration for other clients, children are not permitted in the treatment room. When in the waiting area, please keep children with you at all times for their safety.
Clients with children who become a distraction to the artist can at anytime be asked to reschedule.
Service Satisfaction: In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact your artist and schedule a consultation within 30 days of your service visit.
Cancellation policy: Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations mean that other clients cannot book into that time slot and it wastes the time and expertise of your artist. Nashbrows understands that sometimes bookings need to be changed, so you will be allowed to change your booking as long as you give us 24 hours notice. Your deposit can be held for your next booking.
